City Of Longmont

About SOLL

Home Upgrade Opportunities for Residents

SOLL is a new opportunity for Longmont residents to receive free home eco-improvements, connect to qualifying City services, learn how to reduce costs, and live a more sustainable lifestyle.

Background

The SOLL Project was created to support Longmont’s Sustainability Plan by giving residents the opportunity to learn about Sustainability Best Practices through neighborhood outreach and education. Developed in 2016, Longmont’s Sustainability Plan provides a road map for Longmont to achieve the vision of becoming an engaged community that promotes environmental stewardship, economic vitality, and social equity to create a sustainable and thriving future.

SOLL Training Opportunities

SOLL is currently seeking Longmont residents interested in volunteering as SOLL 'Technicians' and 'Ambassadors'. These SOLL representatives will be trained to carry out home upgrades and sustainability outreach. Spaces are limited so apply today below!

Current Health & Safety Provisions

As the current COVID-19 response in Longmont evolves, SOLL is being responsive to our community's health and safety needs. Training and home visits will be compliant with all Public Health guidelines and can be combined with online options when necessary.
